iPhone3Gを周回遅れで買う。そして初代iPadも。脱獄するのが楽しくて色々と弄っていたが、YouTubeでチュートリアルを見ていたようないないような。iPadでもYouTubeが見られるようになるが、TVの方が見ることが多かった。

Bought an iPhone3G (one-lap behind) and then the first gen iPad. Jailbreaking was so fun and probably I was watching some tutorials on YouTube, not sure. I could watch YouTube on my iPad but watched TV more.

東日本大震災。YouTubeでテレビよりもリアルな被害状況などが見られた。

East Japan Great Earthquake happened. I could watch the real detailed damage situation on YouTube more than the TV.

瀬戸弘司さんの動画にハマる。iPhoneやNexus7の開封動画。人がただモノを買って、開けているだけなのに満足感がある。

I got interested in Seto Koji's videos. Unboxing iPhones, Nexus7 and such. It is kind of weird but so satisfying to watch someone buying and unboxing things.

2013

iPhoneの機能も向上し、簡単にビデオ撮影からiMovieで編集ができるようになる。iPhone4sで動画を日記のように撮るようになる。

iPhone's function got much improved. It got easier to shoot videos and edit with iMovie. I started shooting videos like diaries.

とりあえず100本続けると再生数上がるよとのことで頑張ったが、全く伸びない。

I heard uploading 100 videos should increase the view numbers but it didn't happen to me.

最初の頃はパソコンのウェブカメラの前で自分の意見を言うYouTuber(と当時は言わなかったけど)が多かった気がする。

There seemed many YouTubers (which wasn't called at the time) talking about their opinions in front of the PC web cam in the early stage of YouTube.

自分のチャンネルを開設したのはこの年。テキトーに作った音楽の保存場所として使っていた。

I opened my channel in this year. I used YouTube as a storage space for the music I created.

自分の一番最初の動画。ボサノバ音楽をサンプリングした曲。テキトーすぎる。

ワンコを飼い始めたのはこの年。動物系の動画は流行ると言われていて、作ってみたが全くバズらなかった。

This is the year I started having my dog. It was said that animal videos were popular and I made some my dog's videos but none of them went viral.

DJ系のYouTubeをよく見ていた。DJ TECHTOOLSというチャンネルがvci-100というマシンの改造をしていて、それを見ながら自分のも改造したりした。

I often watched DJ related YouTube channels. There was DJ TechTools' channel where they modified vci-100. I tried mine while watching their videos.

そして植物を買う | And Bought a Plant

近くにできたアウトレット内にあるGarageさんで植物ゲト。名前はえーと、何だっけ、寝風呂レピス・・・ネフロレピス。

Got this plant at Garage in the outlet mall which reopened in my neighborhood. The plant's name is... what was that... Nephrolepis.

やはり、家に持ち帰ると想像以上にフッサフサのモッサモサ。

Yes it looks more bushy than I saw at the store.

このYouTube動画を見て、このフサフサ植物いいなぁとずっと思っていたんだけど・・・今日見直してみたら名前が違うし、価格もだいぶ違うぞ・・・汗。

After watching this YouTube video, I had been thinking this bushy plant looked cool... I realized the name was different and the price was much different, when I watched it again today, though.

今まで事務所に何がないってグリーンがなかった。何気に置き場所にぴったりのスペースはあったのだけれども。

Things that I was missing at my office was green. I knew there were spaces that'd be suitable for them, though.

下から見上げた図。地震で落ちてこないといいけど、意外と軽いので軽症で済むと思われる。

A view from below. I hope it doesn't fall when earthquake hits. It would be a minor injury since it is relatively light.

植物を買いに行ったが・・・ | Went to Buy a Plant But...

近所にアウトレットモールが再オープンした。昔はこじんまりとしたアウトレットだったが、ボリュームアップして戻ってきた。

An outlet mall reopened in my area. It used to be a small outlet mall but it came back with more volumes.

事務所用に植物を買おうと思ったけど・・・どれがいいかわからなくなって買うのをやめた。

I was going to get a plant for my studio but... I couldn't decide which one to buy.

代わりにキャンドルをゲト。ヘーゼルナッツ&葉っぱの香り。かなり男性的な香り。

Instead, I got this candle. Heazelnuts&leaves. Quite muscline fragrance. 

植物選びは時間がかかりそう。

It may take some time to choose plants.

反射区ばかりを気にすると、施術が分断してしまう。そこに境界線でもあるかのように。

When you think too much about the reflex zones, the treatment gets fragmented as if there were boundaries.

上の動画の施術は一見オーガナイズされてないようにも見えるが、受けていくうちに気持ち良すぎてとろけていきそうだ。

1000円カットはコスパが良すぎる | 1000 Yen Cutting Place Is Way Reasonable

二ヶ月ほど髪の毛を切らなかったら襟足の髪や耳周りの毛を触るたびに気持ち悪い。

I didn't go get a hair cut for about two months. And I feel unpleasant every time when I touch the hairs around the back of the neck or the ears.

そうだ、自分で髪の毛を切ろう！

Ok, now it's time to cut my hairs by myself!

髭トリマーを手にして、ザクザクと・・・あ、これ失敗・・・。

I grabbed my beard trimmer and started trimming... oh no, it's not going to be good...

右のもみあげがなくなり、左の首回りの一部がハゲた。

The sideburns on the right side was gone, the area around the neck on the left became bald.

急遽、Amazonで髪の毛用のトリマーを買い、今日届いた。

I bought a trimmer for hairs on Amazon in a hurry and it was arrived today.

まあ、何とかすっきりはしたけど・・・

Now I am refreshed but...

切るのめんどくさすぎる。特に後ろ。鏡を見ないで切ってみた。

It is really troublesome to cut. Especially the back. I didn't look at a mirror when I cut there.

切った髪の毛やら、その後の洗髪やら、それを考えると1000円カットは究極的に最適化された場所だと気づかされた。

The hairs cut, the washing hairs afterwards... I realized 1000 yen cutting was so ultimately optimized places for hair-cutting.

まあ、しばらくはセルフカットを楽しんでみようとは思うけど。本気モヒカンとか。なかなかお店では言いにくいヘアスタイルとかね・・・。

I will be enjoying self-cutting for a while, though. I could try a serious mohawk, maybe. Hairstyles that I can't ask at the shop...

フツーの日記 | Just a Daily Log

近所の銭湯サウナへ。最近、季節がよくなってきて、逆に外気浴が生温い。

Went to a Sento's sauna in my neighborhood. The weather has been nice these days but the outdoor air bathing is kind of too warm.

でもサウナ後はよく眠れるし、肌もツルツル。足つぼ板に乗っているせいか、足裏がチリチリとするような感じにもなる。多分、血行がよくなっているから。

But I could sleep well and my skin got smoother afterwards. Since I step on a reflexology board, my soles get tingling. I assume it is because of the better blood circulation.

最近はやたら早起きして散歩したりしている。「自分サマータイム」が導入されたみたいだ。これは気温が下がる頃まで続くと思う。

These days I wake up very early and do some walking. "Self summer time" has been introduced to me and this will be continued until the temperature drops.

I realized that Kyogen's (Japanese traditional comedy stage) costumes are very colorful today.

チベット系の色味に惹かれていたが、日本の色も素敵だ。

I love Tibetan colors but now I realize Japanese colors are also beautiful.

最近買ったチベットレストランののれん。なかなかいいよ。
