カナダの若石で勉強していたころ、この足つぼ板から毎回クラスが始まっていた。なかなか痛い。生徒の一人のおばさんが腎臓が悪い人がいたのだけれども、この板のおかげで良くなってきたと言っていたのを思い出す。

When I was learning at Rwo-Shr in Canada, the class always started with this reflexology board practice. It was quite painful. There was this Obasan (middle-aged lady) who had bad kidneys but she said they were getting better after using this board.

日本に帰るとき買って帰ろうかとも思ったのだけれど、かさばるのと少し値段が高かったので買わなかった。当時の金額で60カナダドルぐらいだったかな？20年前のカナダで60ドルといえば結構高く感じた。

I was going to get one when I go back to Japan but I didn't, because it was a little bulky to bring and pricy. I think it was around 60CAD, which was a big money to me, 20 years ago in Canada.

今はもうないトロントの若石健康法。

とりあえず少し乗ってみてレビュー動画出します〜。

照明のお勉強 | Learning About Lighting

自分の動画の悩み。明るすぎたり暗すぎたり。せっかく良いカメラを使っているのに使いこなせていない！

Problems about my videos. Sometimes too bright, sometimes too dark. I am using a relatively good camera but I haven't really mastered it!

だいぶ昔から気がついていたのだが、照明関連に問題解決の糸口がありそう。

I have been noticing for a while but the solution should be in my lighting systems.

そこでソフトボックスを一つ買ってみた。ちなみに今までの照明は右のちっこいやつ(笑)。新しいの買わなければ、と思いつつもマッサージテーブルの周りが狭いので大きいのを置けるかどうか不安だった。

And here we go. I finally bought a softbox system. The small one on the right in the picture is the current one I'm using... LOL. I had been saying to myself that I should get a new one but I wasn't sure if it could fit into the space around the massage table where was too narrow.

一応、サイズは大丈夫そう。ただ、施術中に置き直したりするのが本当にめんどそう。

The size seems okay. Changing the place during the session would be very hectic, though.
