先日購入した官足法マットの欠点。甲側やらサイド、ふくらはぎがガラ空き。
Weak points of the Kansoku Method's board I bought the other day are that I can't apply it to the instep, sides and calves.
マットを使った初日の足つぼを受けた感のインパクトが強くて、しばらくは甲とかやらんでもいいかーと思っていたんだけど。
I thought I could skip the instep and others since the first day of the board's usage's impact was so strong but it is better to treat those areas anyway.
普通の棒でもいいんだけど、この長い棒は体の固い自分には向いていそう。
A regular stick will do but this long stick seems good for me since my body isn't so flexible.
しかしまあ、この大きさ、足を攻撃しそう・・・。
Look at this size, though... it looks like it's going to attack feet...
昔使ってた若石の愛足棒だっけ？それ思い出した。カナダにかじられたけど。
This stick reminded me of Rwo-Shr's stick I used to use. Canada bit it, though.
