先日、久しぶりに車で出かけました。寒い月はあまり遠出はしなかったのですが、気候の良さに誘われてついつい出かけてしまいました。海沿いの134号線を気分良く車を走らせていると、鎌倉高校駅付近で懐かしい人だかりができていました。そこは、バスケの漫画「スラムダンク」の「聖地」であり、海外からの観光客が沢山訪れる場所です。ここ数年はほとんど人がいなかったのですが、久しぶりに人が戻ってきているようでした。
The other day, I went out for a drive for the first time in a while. I hadn't gone far during the cold months, but the pleasant weather tempted me and I couldn't resist. As I was driving along the coast on Route 134, I noticed a nostalgic crowd gathering around Kamakura Koko Mae Station. This place is known as the "sacred place" of the basketball manga "Slam Dunk," and is visited by many tourists from overseas. Although there had been few people in recent years, it seemed that people had returned after a long absence.
御殿場に滞在したのですが、御殿場には良いサウナが沢山あります。今回も数箇所を周り堪能したのですが、その途中、御胎内清宏園という富士山の溶岩地帯に木々が茂り、公園になった場所に立ち寄りました。何があるのか全く知らないままに受付で入場料を払ったのですが、溶岩からできた洞窟があると受付の人から知らされました。「ここの最終地点では反対向きになって逆子のように出てきてください」と言われ、なんだかよくわからなかったのですが、相当狭い洞窟があるようでした。実際、洞窟の入り口まで見てみましたが、とても自分の身長(180cm越え)だと無理なように感じたので入るのは辞めました。家に戻ってからYouTubeに実際に洞窟を潜り抜けた人の動画を見ましたが、途中ほぼ、ほふく前進で進むような箇所があり、自分では到底無理だっただろうなと改めて思いました。
I stayed in Gotemba and there are many great saunas in the area. During this trip, I visited several places and enjoyed them, but along the way, I stopped by a park called "Otainai-Seikoen" located in a lava area of Mount Fuji where trees grow abundantly. I paid the admission fee at the reception without knowing anything about what was inside, but the person at the desk informed me that there was a cave made of lava. They also told me, "At the final destination here, please turn around and come out like a breech baby," but I didn't quite understand what that meant. It turned out that there was a very narrow cave, and I saw the entrance, but as I am over 180cm tall, I felt that it would be impossible for me to enter, so I decided not to go inside. When I got back home, I watched a video on YouTube of someone who actually went through the cave, and there were parts where they had to crawl forward like a baby, so I thought to myself that I definitely wouldn't have been able to do it.
この写真はその公園内で撮影したものですが、溶岩からできているせいか起伏があり歩きにくい場所でした。ただ、自分以外ほとんど人がおらず、自然を満喫するにはとても良かったです。
This photo was taken inside the park, and due to the lava terrain, the ground was uneven and difficult to walk on. However, there were hardly any other people around besides myself, so it was a great place to enjoy nature.
